Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension or fear. Most people feel anxious at one time or another. This is normal. So if you are about to go on stage or be interviewed, some anxiety helps your performance. In its useful form, it keeps us focused.

However, when anxiety is constant, our performance is impaired. Anxiety can be made worse by other difficult emotions such as guilt, shame, sorrow, anger or fear. When these feelings become constant or too strong, they can interfere with our normal life.

You may not know this, but your feelings are controlled by your thoughts. By identifying what you are thinking, you can regain control of your feelings. Back in control of your life. Great.

My approach to hypnotherapy can help you get to the root of what's causing these anxieties and worries. This will quickly help you to remove t
he source of these feelings and this helps you how to make dramatic improvements in your life. You will feel a lot happier. By the way, caffeine can produce some of these symptoms too, so check the amount you are drinking. Try not to drink caffeine after about 3.00pm. And Yoga is good too!
